Shipping and returns Policy
Ozzy Auto Electrics will post all orders within 1 - 3 business days, you will be contacted within the same time frame if any product ordered is unavailable. We have a large selection & as such do not hold all items in stock on site, so there may be 1 - 5 business days delay in orders being dispatched. When we are experiencing a high volume of orders or supply issues from our suppliers your order may be delayed up to 10 business days. If this is the case, you will be contacted by us to inform you of the delay.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout depending on product size, weight & location for shipping. Unless a flat rate shipping fee has been offered.
Domestic Shipping
We offer Australia-Wide shipping. We will dispatch all orders within 1 - 3 business days of placing the order, you will be contacted within the same time frame if any product ordered is unavailable and a refund will be offered.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping sorry!
Express Shipping
We do not offer Express Shipping via the Website. For Express Shipping, please contact us before ordering at admin@ozzyautoelectrics.au
Click and Collect
We offer a click and collect option for customers willing to travel, we are located in Burpengary, QLD.. To organise click and collect please email admin@ozzyautoelectrics.au to organise a suitable pick up time. Please note: it may take up to 7 business days for the product to arrive in store if this is the case, we will contact you as soon as the item is available.
Returns Policy (of product purchased only without installation)
Our returns policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. This policy is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You may return a product for a refund or exchange within 7 days with proof of purchase, unless that product is:
- a special or specific order part;
- a discontinued part;
- not in resalable condition;
- a product that has been fitted to a vehicle; or
- not in its original packaging (with manuals and documentation).
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, contact us at admin@ozzyautoelectrics.au, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Change of mind is not a valid reason for return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will not be liable for your freight or other costs in returning products unless otherwise agreed, or where you are entitled to such costs under the Australian Consumer Law.
Damaged Post
Ozzy Auto Electrics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. On the rare occasion where your item arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or contact us directly to help you file a claim. Please keep and take photos of all packaging material and damaged goods in order to make a claim.
