Ozzy Auto Electrics Shipping Policy
Ozzy Auto Electrics will post all orders within 1-3 business days, you will be contacted within the same time frame if any product ordered is unavailable. Ozzy Auto Electrics have a large selection & as such do not hold all items in stock on site, so there may be 1-5 business days delay in orders being dispatched. When we are experiencing a high volume of orders or supply issues from our suppliers your order may be delayed up to 10 business days. If this is the case, you will be contacted by us to inform you of the delay.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout depending on product size, weight & location for shipping. Click and collect is available from our shop located in Burpengary, QLD, 4505. Call ahead to arrange a time for click and collect 0403 542 754.
Domestic Shipping
Ozzy Auto Electrics offer Australia-Wide shipping. Ozzy Auto Electrics will dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days of placing the order, you will be contacted within the same time frame if any product ordered is unavailable.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping sorry.
Express Shipping
Ozzy Auto Electrics do not offer Express Shipping via the Website. For Express Shipping, please contact the store on 0403 542 754 or admin@ozzyautoelectrics.au
Click and Collect
Ozzy Auto Electrics offer a click and collect option for customers in Greater Brisbane and beyond (for those willing to travel) to organise click and collect please email admin@ozzyautoelectrics.au to organise a suitable pick up time. Please note it may take up to 7 business days for the product to arrive in store if this is the case, we will contact you as soon as the item is available.
Returns Policy (of product purchase only without our installation)
Our returns policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. This policy is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You may return a product for a refund or exchange within 7 days with proof of purchase, unless that product is:
- a special or specific order part;
- a discontinued part;
- not in resalable condition;
- a product that has been fitted to a vehicle; or
- not in its original packaging (with manuals and documentation).
We will not be liable for your freight or other costs in returning products unless otherwise agreed, or where you are entitled to such costs under the Australian Consumer Law.
Damaged Post
Ozzy Auto Electrics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. On the rare occasion where your item arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or contact us directly to help you file a claim. Please keep and take photos of all packaging material and damaged goods in order to make a claim.
